Love sports and working with people? The Family YMCA is looking for energetic, dependable team players to help lead our youth sports programs! As a Youth Sports Lead, you'll supervise games and practices, support coaches and players, set up and clean up program areas, and help create a fun, safe, and positive environment for all.

What You'll Do:

• Support coaches and guide youth during practices & games

• Supervise program activities and ensure a smooth flow

• Maintain clean, safe, and organized sports areas

• Promote teamwork and good sportsmanship

• Be an encouraging role model while living out Y values

What We're Looking For:

• High School diploma or GED

• Experience in sports or recreation preferred

• Comfortable working indoors/outdoors in all weather

• Can lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet

• A passion for youth development and community impact

• CPR Certified (or willingness to obtain withing the first 45 days)
