Part-Time Maintenance Associate

The Wilson Family YMCA is seeking a dependable, skilled Part-Time Maintenance Associate to help maintain a safe and welcoming facility for our members and community.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and preventative repairs
• Troubleshoot basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical issues
• Repair fixtures, lighting, doors, and equipment
• Maintain grounds and facility spaces
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repairs
• Follow safety procedures and uphold YMCA values

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
• 3–5 years maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work indoors/outdoors
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check

Certifications (CPR/AED, First Aid, BBP) required within 45 days of hire.
