Prime Time Site Director (Part-Time, School Year)

The Family Y is seeking an energetic and organized Prime Time Site Director to lead our before/after-school childcare program at an assigned school site. This role is responsible for supervising staff and children, implementing engaging curriculum and activities, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment, and building positive relationships with families and school personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily program operations and staff scheduling
• Ensure appropriate staff-to-child ratios and child safety
• Lead engaging educational, recreational, and fitness activities
• Develop and implement monthly lesson plans
• Maintain attendance, documentation, and program records
• Communicate effectively with families, school staff, and YMCA leadership

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• CDA, TCC, or higher education credential required
• Experience working with youth and supervising staff
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• CPR, First Aid, and Fire Safety certifications (or ability to obtain)
• Reliable transportation
