Part-Time Membership Specialist

We're seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Membership Specialist to follow up with prospective members who have expressed interest online. In this role, you'll make phone calls, send texts and emails, answer questions, schedule tours, and help guide people through the enrollment process while providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED (18+ years old)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable using phone, text, email, and basic computer programs
• Organized, dependable, and mission-focused
• Experience in customer service, membership, sales, childcare, or nonprofit work is a plus
• CPR/First Aid certification required within 45 days of hire

Schedule: Part-time (15–20 hours per week) with a flexible schedule. Some evenings and weekends may be required.
