THIS IS AN UNPAID INTERNSHIP WITH THE FAMILY YMCA OF GREATER AUGUSTA

The HR Intern will work closely with the HR Team on day to day administrative tasks such as maintaining employee files, employee onboarding, benefits administration, recruitment, and terminations and changes in employee status. Our HR Intern will also be tasked with a variety of projects to help the Human Resources team achieve association and department goals. 

The internship will provide hands-on HR experience with training and guidance from the team. We're offering a flexible schedule if you continue to take classes or wish to pursue other opportunities simultaneously. 

The Family YMCA of Greater Augusta is comprised of 10 Wellness Centers, an 88 acre lakefront camp facility, and a full service child development center. There are over 1,000 people employed in the Greater Augusta association, providing ample opportunities for an intern to gain experience.
